This course is relevant for experienced as well as new project managers. It is also good for anyone involved in various aspects projects e.g. project team leads, project co-ordinators, project support staff, etc. This 3-day course covers the entire project management cycle and focuses on the essential elements necessary to successfully complete a project. There is no examination for this course. As for all our courses, a Certificate of Completion will be issued to you at the end of the course.
This course is relevant for project managers who aspire to be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). The PMP® credential is recognized worldwide as the standard of the project management profession. This course is relevant for those who have a working knowledge of Agile and want to be a certified PMI-ACP®. This course covers the topics necessary to prepare you for this PMI-ACP® examination.
